Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with client specifications and business objectives
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications to provide seamless functionality
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, and relevant technologies to extend Dynamics CRM functionality
  • Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications
  • Conduct unit testing and support client testing to validate solutions meet requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user manuals for future enhancements and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant or similar technical role
