About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to help clients optimize their customer relationship management processes. Main Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and strategic advice to help clients leverage Dynamics CRM features for improved customer engagement and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional consulting capacity
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, especially Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
