Overview

Verify is urgently seeking a Nadcap Composites Technical Expert and Project Leader for a time-sensitive on-site project in Morocco. You will lead a critical improvement initiative at an aerospace facility specializing in honeycomb core processing, preparing the site for a Nadcap Composites re-audit within approximately 90 days.

About the Role

The facility converts honeycomb materials into engineered core parts used in aerospace applications, including aircraft structures. You will be the technical focal point for all Nadcap Composites compliance matters and will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful audit readiness.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all activities required to prepare the site for a successful Nadcap re-audit within 90 days
  • Review existing audit findings and corrective action plans; manage and oversee implementation with the site team
  • Identify and address gaps against applicable Nadcap Composites requirements; review manufacturing procedures, process controls and quality documentation
  • Conduct gap assessments, internal audits and audit readiness reviews; support shop floor teams in demonstrating compliance
  • Track project milestones, risks and outstanding actions; produce weekly progress reports and communicate critical issues to site leadership
  • Provide on-site support during the re-audit and act as the technical focal point throughout the project

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Nadcap Composites certification (AC7118)
  • Aerospace composites and honeycomb core processing experience
  • AS9100 knowledge
  • Corrective action management and root cause analysis expertise
  • Project management and audit preparation experience
  • English and French fluency (preferred)
