About the Role
Watermelon Hub, a fast-growing UK-backed BPO, is expanding into Agadir and seeking motivated English-speaking sales agents for our mid shift team.
Your Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international decision-makers
- Negotiate and close B2B sales deals
- Meet daily targets with support from coaching
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level, oral and written)
- Based in Agadir and available for on-site work
- Energetic, persuasive, and results-driven mindset
- Prior sales or call center experience is a plus (beginners welcome)
