About the Role

As an Offsite Delivery Functional Manager at Deloitte Extended Services in Casablanca, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Offsite Delivery team across the full lifecycle of programmes. You will manage resource planning and allocation while ensuring an outstanding experience for learners using established tools and procedures. This is a key position within the Delivery Management function at DU EMEA.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day team management across the full programme lifecycle, from pre-programme logistics to post-programme evaluation
  • Lead and manage the Offsite Coordinators team, including programme allocation, performance management, and continuous upskilling
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across DU EMEA to identify requirements and valuable solutions
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards across all DU EMEA programmes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Management, Delivery Logistics, and Faculty leads to drive efficiencies and seamless collaboration

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in business, talent acquisition, programme coordination, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading teams with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced planning, organizing, and strategic thinking skills with ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Excel and digital tools, including comfort with emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions
  • Experience delivering in cross-cultural environments with demonstrated change management abilities

Education and Languages

Bachelor's degree in learning, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
