Key Responsibilities
- Engage in continuous learning across terminal functions including Safety, Operations, Maintenance, and Ways of Working
- Support cross-functional projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and drive improvement actions, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of results
- Develop, maintain, and update operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- Monitor KPIs, maintain performance dashboards, and support regular reporting activities
- Promote LEAN methodologies by supporting value stream mapping, 5S, visual management, and standard work
What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or Business Administration
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with ability to deliver high-quality work in dynamic environments
- Advanced computer literacy combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Collaborative team player with high integrity and ability to build productive relationships across functions
- Continuous improvement mindset with genuine interest in LEAN methodologies and operational excellence
