Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in continuous learning across terminal functions including Safety, Operations, Maintenance, and Ways of Working
  • Support cross-functional projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track and drive improvement actions, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of results
  • Develop, maintain, and update operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Monitor KPIs, maintain performance dashboards, and support regular reporting activities
  • Promote LEAN methodologies by supporting value stream mapping, 5S, visual management, and standard work

What We Are Looking For

  • Master's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or Business Administration
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with ability to deliver high-quality work in dynamic environments
  • Advanced computer literacy combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Collaborative team player with high integrity and ability to build productive relationships across functions
