About the Role
Join Swissport Business Services in Casablanca, Morocco as a Power BI Reporting & Data Analyst. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting Finance process performance data in Power BI to derive process optimization measures. You will work with a global leader in aviation services, supporting over 300 million passengers annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Transformation: Gather, clean, and transform business process data from multiple sources; develop automated ETL processes using Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
- Power BI Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to track KPIs, SLAs, and business performance with dynamic visualizations and real-time monitoring.
- Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards tailored to business needs; optimize performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business, IT, and data engineering teams; educate stakeholders on Power BI best practices and lead process automation initiatives.
- Data Quality & Insights: Ensure data integrity through governance policies; perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop documentation for data models and reports; contribute to strategic decision-making with clear, actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Secondary Education (minimum); University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Performance Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or Power BI Developer
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills in process optimization
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
Desirable Skills
- Education in Statistics and Reporting
- Experience with SAP FI Accounting
- Knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience in Shared Service Centre or Business Services organizations
