Vos missions

Position Overview

Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 500 company specializing in electronic components and IT security solutions, is seeking a Senior Sales Data Analyst to join its Casablanca office. This pivotal role involves analyzing large datasets, ensuring data governance, and delivering actionable insights to senior executives to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement while ensuring data integrity and governance across multiple systems
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and create dashboards and reports for executives
  • Utilize Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, and ERP systems (Microsoft AX, Oracle) to build dashboards and analyze data
  • Establish processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting; handle complex data formats and combine multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with senior executives, suppliers, and stakeholders to provide business insights and align KPIs with strategic objectives
  • Work with the BI team to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure compliance with data security standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Data Analytics-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel (Power Query, macros), and experience building dashboards and BI tools from scratch
  • Strong understanding of data governance, business metrics, and strategic planning
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of compensation programs and supplier KPIs
