About the Role

Manage local Material Review Board (MRB) activities for Power and Discrete (P&D) products within the APMS group. Drive manufacturing operations to ensure P&D products meet correct standards, specifications, quality requirements, on-time delivery, and optimum cost targets. Report on MRB KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead MRB committees reviewing non-conforming materials, providing product expertise to support on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality, yield, and cycle time
  • Support P&D product and process engineering activities while ensuring strategy consistency
  • Analyze MRB top detractors and electrical data, prepare regular reports, and drive improvement actions
  • Align with STS Back-End engineering team on methodology, identified MRB lot concerns, and problem-solving solutions (TPAK, T2PAK, etc.)

Required Qualifications

  • Engineer or Master's degree in Electronic Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, testing development, or quality
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing flows and semiconductor products (SiC, IGBT, Power MOS, Diodes, power packages and modules)
  • Familiarity with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC) and strong quality mindset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
