  • You have 6-8 years of operations or entrepreneurship experience and strong organizational skills

About the Role

Flat6Labs seeks a Program Manager to oversee operations and strategy for our Morocco-based startup acceleration program. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive, and implement program strategy and cycles with effective project management mechanisms
  • Manage program budget, financial control, and procurement while reporting progress to management and stakeholders
  • Lead the full startup selection process from application review through final Selection Committee presentations
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local and international collaborators, investors, and support agencies
  • Manage the program team, oversee training and mentorship programs, and recruit high-quality mentors and speakers
  • Support startups in refining investor pitches and nominate high-potential startups for follow-on funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations, or business management
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related discipline
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in productivity software, presentation tools, and data analysis
  • Proactive, energetic, and strong work ethic
