The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to strengthen our team in Rabat, Morocco. You will combine technical project work with coordination and communication tasks, working closely with international teams, especially in Germany. You will contribute directly to projects while supporting the development of project activities at the Moroccan site.

What You Will Do

  • Actively participate in international development projects related to HV battery systems, energy storage, electric drives, automotive E/E, and mechanical/hardware/functional/systems development
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members working on international projects in Morocco
  • Coordinate closely with international project managers and teams
  • Support recruitment activities including technical interviews, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
  • Gradually assume subproject responsibilities such as work packages or modules
  • Ensure quality, deadlines, and technical consistency in assigned tasks

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical development within automotive or similar industrial environment
  • Experience working in international or cross-site projects
  • Good technical understanding combined with coordination and communication skills
  • Structured, responsible, and pragmatic working style
  • High level of independence and teamwork mindset
  • English language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory – working and project language)
