Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustained production operations
- Operate complex production equipment and oversee junior technicians in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data analysis and continuous improvement recommendations
- Support project coordination, reporting, and performance tracking activities
Key Requirements
Education: Industrial Engineering Degree (Bachelor's or Master's level)
Experience: Less than 1 year of professional experience (entry-level)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Project Management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Quality control and in-process production testing knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
