Vos missions

QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products before they reach our users. You will design and execute thorough testing strategies, identify defects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Testing & Analysis
  • Design, maintain, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with software requirements and specifications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify functionality and validate business processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and clearly document software defects and issues.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.
Collaboration & Mentoring
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
  • Mentor junior QA team members by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
Customer Care Support
  • Partner with the customer care team to investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
  • Review, track, and analyze recurring issues to inform product improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with web, mobile (iOS & Android), and API testing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a manual QA tester.
  • Strong proficiency in writing clear, structured test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum project methodologies.
  • A good level of written and spoken English.
