About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Software QA Analyst to evaluate software applications and ensure they meet functional, technical, and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of QA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze requirements, design effective test scenarios, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
  • Execute manual and automated tests across software applications and environments.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing.
  • Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects with detailed analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and device testing when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, test coverage, and QA activities.
  • Monitor testing progress and communicate quality risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Participate in release validation, deployment readiness, and user acceptance testing activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
