Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Functional Engineer to join our growing team of 2,200 professionals across 12 countries. You will be responsible for ensuring functional quality across web, mobile, and API layers while working in an Agile environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse functional requirements, define appropriate test approaches, and ensure full traceability between requirements and test coverage
  • Design, structure, and execute functional test scenarios (manual and basic automation) across web, mobile, and API layers with clear documentation
  • Prepare test environments, manage test data, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Identify, report, and track defects while collaborating with development, product, and business teams
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior testers within the team

Required Skills

  • Solid experience in manual functional testing on web and/or mobile applications
  • Strong skills in writing clear test cases, executions, and reports
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and validation tools like Postman
  • Proficiency with test management tools: Jira, Xray, TestLink, or HP ALM
  • Experience with collaboration tools: Confluence and Microsoft Teams
  • Multi-device testing experience (BrowserStack, iOS/Android smartphones and tablets)
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Karate, or Katalon
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and autonomous work style

Soft Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Detail-oriented and structured approach to work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in functional testing
