Arrow Morocco is looking for a Quote Service Associate to join its team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting foundational data elements, including items, pricing, authorizations and customer-related information, across Arrow Global Components teams.

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value-added services for electronic components. The team resells, customizes and distributes components to clients worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- New quote support and maintenance for Costing & Strategic Tenders
- Pricing and special price handling for designated suppliers and/or technologies
- New part creation and set-up in Arrow's ERP system
- Quote renewals for all quoting types
- Admin support for annual pricing negotiations
- Supplier quote support for designated suppliers
- Upload of pre-negotiated prices into the system
Requirements
- English at minimum B2 level, spoken and written; additional languages are an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Excel is a plus
- Customer service, order management or sales experience
- Accountability, communication and coordination skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and team player
Nice to Have
- Experience in product marketing, pricing, purchasing, sales or customer service
- Experience in electronic components and/or power supply industries
- Interest in new technologies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
