Quote Services Associate Manager
Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value-added services for electronic components. ARROW Morocco is looking for a Quote Services Associate Manager to join its Quotation team in Casablanca. The team describes its atmosphere as friendly, sociable and positive. Key responsibilities
- Manage procedures, team workload and supervisory duties, ensuring execution of the standard and global quote process.
- Write, maintain and drive adoption of standard quote operating procedures (SOPs), and collect information for improvement, training and development.
- Interview and train new employees, set team priorities and goals, and take part in talent development and performance appraisals.
- Enter customer quotes into Arrow's IQ and Sales Desktop systems, including data manipulation and advanced Excel formatting.
- Monitor the quote process daily, remind SMRs of quote response deadlines, and maintain the quote log.
- Manage coordination and execution of strategic and global customer quotes.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English.
- At least 2 years of customer service, order management or sales experience.
- At least 2 years as a people manager.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Analytical skills, accountability, and communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
