About the Role

Montreal Life Financial Group Ltd. is hiring motivated and disciplined salespeople in Morocco for a remote Sales & Appointment Setting position. We are a fast-growing North American financial services company specializing in insurance, financial planning, wealth management, and related financial solutions.

This is a performance-driven sales role focused on outbound calling, lead generation, follow-up, and appointment setting. You will speak with business owners and professionals, qualify prospects, and book appointments for licensed financial advisors and closers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling and prospecting to generate leads
• Speak with business owners and professionals to qualify prospects
• Follow proven scripts and sales systems to generate interest
• Book appointments for financial advisors and closers
• Manage pipeline and track call activity
• Follow up with prospects to advance sales process
