  • You have strong analytical skills and experience with intellectual property protection and technology roadmapping

Main Responsibilities

Lead Innovation & Brainstorming

  • Provide technical inputs to R&I Project Teams in your expertise field
  • Develop and support Proof of Concept from concept to realization, including mock-up production
  • Solve blocking issues by proposing innovative ideas with relevant analysis and justification
  • Develop, test, and explain solution selections using multi-criteria decision matrices
  • Define experimental protocols for new product validation
  • Identify optimization potential on existing products and ensure smooth transfer of R&I projects to business

Manage Contributors

  • Manage internal R&D contributors with Disciplines Department, ensuring alignment between needs and resources
  • Coordinate with external partners on prototyping and technological roadmaps

Protect Innovation

  • Write IDMs to formalize innovative ideas and propose mining strategies
  • Perform Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis

Monitor Technology & Benchmarking

  • Anticipate technological shifts by identifying and analyzing relevant information sources
  • Explore alternative solutions from adjacent industries for automotive application
  • Contribute to product roadmap construction for next-generation solutions
  • Participate in industry events and analyze competitor products and patents
