About the Role

As a Room Service Order Taker, you will process in-room dining orders while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests. This position combines customer service excellence with operational accuracy in a fast-paced hotel environment.

  • Process payments accurately, reconcile checks, verify totals and gratuity disbursement, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines
  • Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make their stay special
