Main Responsibilities
- Develop sales and expand the market within your assigned customer portfolio
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, pricing proposals, and customer plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide technical advice to support successful cultivation of our varieties
- Identify promising experimental varieties through local screening and contribute to variety decisions
- Plan and coordinate trials, including trial seed availability and product positioning
- Collect market and customer information, monitoring trends, competitors, opportunities, and risks
What You Bring
- Higher professional or bachelor's level of working and thinking
- Agricultural, agronomy, horticulture, or related background
- Between 1 and 10 years of relevant experience
- Results-driven and sales-oriented approach
- Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country
- Ability to work independently while maintaining stakeholder connections
