About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our specialized team. Core Expertise Areas

  • LMS (Learning Management System): Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with the LMS module within SuccessFactors
  • Performance Management: Skilled in configuring and overseeing the Performance Management module
  • Compensation: Proficiency in Compensation Management within SuccessFactors, ensuring effective configuration and operation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to understand HR processes and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant SuccessFactors certifications strongly preferred
