About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Security to drive our customers' security and AI transformation. This is a customer-facing role where you will own the technical relationship between Concentrix and our clients, helping them leverage their investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Main Responsibilities

Drive customer satisfaction as a trusted advisor, gathering feedback and insights from customers and partners to influence Microsoft Security solution roadmaps and remove technical blockers.
Design and implement end-to-end security value propositions (Zero Trust architecture) spanning Microsoft Security offerings including Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.
Support customers through the complete adoption lifecycle—planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization—to maximize Microsoft security product utilization.
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and high-level solution proposals; collaborate with Microsoft and partner resources to drive deployment and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to develop implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments, achieving consensus on solution design.
Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders (FastTrack, partners, Microsoft Consulting) to develop complex enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 15+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture; OR
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years in cloud/infrastructure, technology solutions, or architecture; OR
Equivalent professional experience

4+ years working on technical projects
