About the Role
At Mindera, you will own the core infrastructure that powers our AI accelerators, ensuring they are reliable, reusable, and trustworthy. As a Senior AI Engineer for AI Systems, you will design and maintain the agent harness, orchestration layer, evaluation infrastructure, and observability systems that enable delivery teams to confidently deploy non-deterministic AI systems in production.
What You'll Own
- The reusable accelerator core and multi-agent workflows built on it
- Agent design across coding, planning, review, and testing agents with tool-calling and human-in-the-loop capabilities
- Evaluation pipelines and telemetry that make quality measurable and regressions visible
- Reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems in real-world use
Key Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience combining AI Engineering and Software Development
- Proven ability to deploy full-stack customer-facing applications including DevOps, frontend, and backend
- Experience building production-grade, scalable, and performant applications
- Hands-on AI SDLC experience in production environments
- Deep expertise in LLM application engineering: prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores, and Anthropic/OpenAI APIs
- Evaluation-driven development mindset; treating evaluations as the source of truth
- End-to-end agentic systems experience: planning, code generation, self-validation, and iterative improvement
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI) and judgment about custom solutions
- Working proficiency with cloud data platforms and SQL for building evaluation and verification infrastructure
