Role Overview

As an experienced AI Software Engineer, you will play a driving role within our multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, DevOps engineers, and Consultants. You will be responsible for architectural design, development, and large-scale deployment of AI-based technology solutions for both internal and external clients, tackling complex problems requiring sharp technical decisions and uncompromising engineering rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Design, architect, and develop complete, scalable features and platforms including APIs, business logic, databases, and security infrastructure
Lead the implementation of complex AI systems in production: advanced RAG pipelines, LLM agent fleets, model fine-tuning and integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs
Champion best practices including SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and design patterns through code reviews and mentoring
Define comprehensive testing strategies (TDD, unit, integration, e2e, stress tests) to ensure flawless deployments
Deploy, monitor, and optimize models and code in dedicated environments with robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
Act as a technical expert with clients, understanding business challenges and defending architectural decisions

Required Technical Expertise

Fundamentals — Full Mastery Expected:

System Design & Architecture: Design distributed, scalable, and resilient systems with strong command of architectural trade-offs
Data Structures & Algorithms: Solid algorithmic expertise for performance optimization including Big-O analysis and streaming/batch data processing
Clean Code & Patterns: Strict application of SOLID principles and mastery of design patterns including microservices and event-driven architectures
CI/CD & DevOps: Advanced Docker, orchestration (Kubernetes preferred), GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
