Role Overview

As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will design and execute comprehensive system-level testing for embedded automotive systems. You will own the full testing lifecycle—from test case automation to CI/CD pipeline management—working with advanced test benches, ECU diagnostics, and cloud-side backend validation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement system-level test cases using Robot Framework with Python keyword libraries, validating against DLT traces, device logs, SSH outputs, and cloud APIs.
  • Build and maintain integration between test execution and Jira/Xray (Cloud), ensuring seamless ALM tooling workflows.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Artifactory) managing flashing, coding, test execution, and reporting stages.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot HIL and standalone test benches, including ECU wiring, power control, and network infrastructure.
  • Flash and code ECUs, manage software builds and variants, execute UDS/DoIP diagnostics, and work with vehicle bus interfaces (CAN/Ethernet).
  • Diagnose failures across the full stack and maintain comprehensive bench configuration documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) in embedded systems from an engineering school or university.
