About the Role

Mindera is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build high-performance, secure, and scalable full-stack solutions. You will work with Java (Spring Boot), React, and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration between server-side logic and front-end experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable full-stack applications
  • Build backend solutions using Java Spring Boot with microservices architecture
  • Create responsive front-end interfaces using React and Next.js
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Optimize application performance and implement best practices for SEO and accessibility
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot), React.js, and Next.js
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Experience with Redux or similar state management tools
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre/post-processors (SASS, LESS, PostCSS)
  • Experience with testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Core Web Vitals)
