About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Product Development (Full-Stack): Build and refine features for property managers, owning new capabilities from conception to launch with a focus on user experience.
  • Integrations (Backend): Handle data ingestion from email, phone calls (Twilio, Vonage), WhatsApp, and manage customer migrations including document imports and system syncing.
  • AI Agents (Backend): Develop and improve the agent platform with 200+ tools, knowledge bases, and sandbox environments for both text and voice interactions.
