Overview

Lead a new software engineering team building custom AI-enabled solutions for clients. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a software engineering team designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks
  • Set technical and delivery direction for the engineering team while managing software development tasks and design specifications
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
  • Partner with US and international edge teams to deliver cost-effective, AI-enabled engineering solutions
  • Build enhancements within existing software architecture and suggest improvements
  • Reduce operational toil and improve service resilience using OCI/OCA services

Required Skills & Experience

  • JavaScript (Vanilla/TypeScript) and NodeJS
  • SQL and Cloud Technology (OCI preferred)
  • Agentic AI experience
  • CI/CD pipeline management and deployments
  • Java and/or Python
  • Software architecture knowledge and management experience
