Role Overview

As a Test Technology Specialist, you will develop and optimize test systems and processes for automotive manufacturing. You will create test programs, manage equipment validation, and ensure quality through technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and review test technology work instructions and develop test sequences and programs according to specifications
  • Support test equipment and tools development, including design, test modules, and specific processes
  • Conduct technical error analyses for customer claims and identify root causes for process disturbances
  • Manage test program changes during product modifications and new product introductions using Change and Project Management methodologies
  • Provide feedback to Production Technology teams on test module functionality and design performance
  • Implement lessons learned and best practices across the Production Management network

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrialization/Methods (2-3 years of study)
