Vos missions

  • Verify orders, invoices, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy, and maintain records and documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and basic maintenance standards, and coordinate warehouse equipment and fleet operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to ensure on-time delivery and manage warehouse supplies ordering.

  • Ensuring the availability and ordering of required warehouse supplies, consumables, and equipment.
  • Monitoring KPIs against defined targets and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations.

Your ideal background

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar management role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams while demonstrating initiative and a results-driven mindset.
