Job Overview
Supervise and schedule shipping and receiving processes to ensure efficient handling, storage, transportation, and delivery of shipments and goods. Lead warehouse operations with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily warehouse activities to maintain operational efficiency
- Track, verify, and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Manage inventory operations, conduct inspections, and monitor KPIs against defined targets
- Maintain records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate warehouse equipment and fleet operations while communicating with internal departments and external customers
- Implement corrective actions for deviations and ensure on-time delivery service
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Excellent English communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
