What You'll Do

• Support office fit-out and workspace projects from planning through execution
• Advise local leadership on technical, operational, and space-related topics
• Act as the key interface between local stakeholders and global Real Estate teams
• Coordinate workshops and ensure smooth project follow-up and implementation
• Oversee technical maintenance of the office, including HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems
• Manage vendors for maintenance activities and small to medium works
• Supervise furniture, equipment, and day-to-day space-related needs
• Ensure service quality, responsiveness, safety, and regulatory compliance

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, facilities management, real estate, or technical building operations
• Experience covering both project coordination and day-to-day operations and maintenance
• Strong vendor management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global and local environment
• Service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and autonomy
• Good communication skills and ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
• Solid understanding of technical building systems and compliance topics
