About the Role
LEONI, a global leader in energy and data management solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a Team Lead - Operations Quality to manage and supervise the Operations Quality organizational unit. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure governance adherence, and lead a team of direct reports to deliver exceptional service quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Operations Quality unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Lead direct reports, define their objectives, tasks, and responsibilities with clear monitoring and evaluation
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to enhanced service delivery through consulting and process optimization
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance requirements, and process execution across the team
- Plan team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests efficiently
- Identify training needs, support professional development, and implement measures for team performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar team lead or operations quality role
- Preferably experience in the automotive industry
