  • Evaluate participant performance through tests and provide constructive feedback to ensure 100% learning outcomes
  • Provide field coaching and practical training until participants are validated and ready for operational deployment
  • Maintain comprehensive training records, coaching sheets, and certification documentation in compliance with corporate standards
  • Coordinate training logistics including room reservations, equipment setup, and attendance tracking

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant qualification
  • 3 to 4 years' experience in the aviation industry
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, French, or other relevant languages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep industry knowledge and excellent organizational abilities
