Vos missions

  • Provide new and updated technical packages such as Accumark files, DXFs, reports and drawings
  • Support the team with Accumark, PDS and CATIA/NX tasks, including pattern digitizing and plotting
  • Ensure packages meet corporate standards, respect timelines and carry out 5S audits

Profil recherché

  • You have hands-on sewing and trim process knowledge and a strong focus on craftsmanship
  • You are comfortable with CAD or pattern tools such as Accumark, PDS, CATIA or NX
  • You can balance feasibility, cost and timing while meeting customer design intent
  • You communicate clearly and work comfortably in both English and French
  • You hold a Bac+2 technical degree and bring an analytical, time-conscious approach

Role Overview

Develop the trim cover to the customer's design intent, STO, aligned to program cost, timing and plant feasibility. Work closely with the Trim Engineer and JIT team, support internal customer reviews, and verify that trim content aligns to Master Pattern drawings and BOMs. Ensure the product is compliant, innovative (where required), robust and feasible for production assembly and methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide new and updated technical packages: Accumark files, DXFs, reports and drawings
  • Report to the Section Leader, ensuring Safe Working Practices
  • Support the team with all Accumark, PDS and CATIA/NX duties
  • Provide the team with all needed digitalizing and plotting of patterns
  • Ensure packages created and shared are made within corporate standards
  • Feedback any feasibility concerns with patterns and data
  • Respect the timelines
  • Carry out 5S audits

Requirements

  • Bac+2 technical degree
  • Good knowledge of the sewing & trimming process
  • Expert in using different sewing machines, joining, twining, decking and piping
  • Good knowledge of TRIM assembly process
  • Outstanding craftsmanship with no feasibility issues
  • Knowledge of PDS or any CAD software
  • Good knowledge of material compositions and utilization
  • Good analysis mindset and time management
  • Able to work in a challenging TDC environment

Languages

  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate to good English and French
