The Role

As a UX/UI Designer within BCG X, you will work closely with consulting teams on diverse advanced topics. You will leverage software development methodologies to deliver value through design and user experience subject matter expertise. You will collaborate with teams to gather requirements, specify, design, develop, deliver and support software solutions serving client needs. Assignments range from short-term Proof of Concepts/MVPs to long-term cases with enterprise-grade software development.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of visual and interaction design principles; create sketches, wireframes, flows, and prototypes
  • Apply customer insights from research to guide design decisions and support research efforts with partners
  • Frame problems and opportunities through analysis of qualitative and quantitative inputs and stakeholder perspectives
  • Propose creative visualizations to deliver research insights (user journeys, personas, systemic maps)
  • Master design phases from initial sketching to wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping
  • Apply and maintain design systems to deliver scalable, consistent UI components across platforms and devices
  • Test and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
  • Create communication materials explaining design decision-making rationale to teams and stakeholders
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and consultants using agile methodologies
  • Incorporate desirability, feasibility, viability and strategic constraints into design
  • Use ideation, design, and testing tools effectively (Figma, Miro, Dovetail); GenAI and vibe coding tools a plus

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience (Analyst Level) or 4–5 years (Senior Level) in UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite and others
  • Proven experience creating design wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for developers
  • Design thinking experience to discover problems and create solutions based on user goals and frustrations
  • Collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary settings with design, engineering and product teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related Design field
  • Curious and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to dive into different industries and user problems
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus
