Role Overview

The Vehicle Performance Manager O2X is responsible for consolidating stakeholder needs, converging the Project Performance Contract with marketing and platform targets, and managing the Vehicle Performance Validation Plan including safety requirements and performance convergence.

Main Responsibilities

Translate marketing and brand needs, leading the convergence of functional objective targets with involvement from Physical and Functional Architecture and Subsystems
Negotiate performance targets with customer synthesis and design departments, ensuring coherence between design, technical feasibility, and performance objectives
Define, coordinate, and monitor digital and physical validation plans including expert and captive fleet testing, budget management, and hardware/software validation realization
Manage performance convergence through test results monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional action plan management across design departments
Organize subjective assessments and support benchmarking, marketing assessment tests, and thermal/chassis design missions
Manage safety files, regulatory compliance, and safety release/assessment organization under RSV monitoring
