About the Role

Join AllShore Talent as an AEM Technical Consultant delivering high-quality consulting services for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You will work with a growing client base across the United States and Canada, implementing AEM-centric solutions, diagnosing technical environments, and providing expert recommendations on Adobe technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement AEM solutions following best practices and quality standards
  • Diagnose client technical environments and deliver actionable Adobe technology recommendations
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements and internal initiatives
  • Analyze complex project issues and present solution options to clients
  • Mentor team members and capture knowledge for organizational learning
  • Stay current with AEM and related technologies through continuous learning

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies
  • 2+ years of direct client consulting experience
  • Proficiency in Java (Object-Oriented Programming)
  • Strong SQL, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML knowledge
  • Debugging expertise in TCP/IP networking, UNIX, HTTP, and SMTP
  • Experience administering or debugging web servers such as Apache
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into architecture and design plans
  • Comfort with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Sling, OSGi frameworks, JCR API, or RESTful principles
  • Experience with Dispatcher or CDNs
  • Familiarity with XSLT and XML dialects (SOAP, WML)

Work Arrangement

100% remote position supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours aligned to Central Time (CST).
