About the Role
As a Technical Architect, you will provide expert-level technical leadership for sophisticated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You'll lead solution architecture design, guide delivery teams, partner closely with Sales on scoping and estimation, and mentor consultants across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships for AEM-centric digital marketing solutions
- Lead solution architecture design and mentor teams on complex implementation issues
- Partner with Sales to define initial architectural approaches, identify challenges, and provide accurate scoping and cost estimates
- Diagnose client technical environments and recommend improvement options
- Analyze complex project issues, identify solution options, and facilitate client presentations and reviews
- Lead knowledge capture and distribution across clients, partners, and colleagues
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies
- 3+ years of direct client consulting experience
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (Java), SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML technologies
- Debugging skills across TCP/IP networking, UNIX, HTTP, and SMTP
- Experience administering web servers such as Apache and leading Agile/Scrum delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate complex business requirements into architecture and design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Sling or OSGi frameworks, JCR API, RESTful principles, or ExtJS
- Experience with Dispatcher or CDNs
- Exposure to AEM Cloud Service
Engagement Details
Full-time senior consulting engagement supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Position may require up to 15% travel. Remote work with core collaboration hours aligned to Central Time (CST).
