About the Role
Quadcode, a fintech company specializing in financial brokerage and SaaS trading solutions, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager (MENA). This is the first dedicated hire focused on developing and scaling the partner network in the MENA region for the new product Affstore.
Main Responsibilities
- Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within the MENA market
- Conduct daily affiliate outreach, prospecting, and lead processing
- Manage, support, and develop relationships with existing affiliates and coordinate payout processes
- Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraud, and handle affiliate inquiries
- Initiate and drive projects to improve the affiliate program as a product
- Participate in internal and international affiliate events, conferences, and business trips
- Gather affiliate feedback and produce analytical reports to share insights with leadership
Key Requirements
- Fluency in English (required); Arabic fluency is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in Forex/broker affiliate programs
- Experience managing CPA/RevShare partnerships
- Strong ability to identify, approach, and build relationships with local affiliates and agencies
- Excellent communication and sales skills with strong analytical capabilities
