Vos missions

  • Work on special projects to improve service delivery quality and standardize master data across the DTTL network

Profil recherché

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data management roles
  • You are fluent in both French and English with strong written and oral communication skills
  • You excel at detailed analytical work and have strong problem-solving capabilities
  • You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and locations
  • You have experience with business applications like Excel and ideally SAP or SQL Server

About the Role

The Master Data Management (MDM) team is responsible for approval, validation, and data quality auditing of various master data elements within SWIFT. As a member of this team, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of master data, which is critical for establishing accurate financial transactions within the SWIFT system. You will interact with many groups across the DTTL network and work closely with the Swift Technology Team (STT) to resolve master data issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review client and vendor workflow requests and verify consistency between French and English versions of data
  • Confirm with local vendors via telephone regarding changes to banking information
  • Manage all aspects of SWIFT master data including Vendor, Clients, COA, Profit/Cost Center, and Bank Master
  • Perform routine data quality audits across all data elements to ensure accuracy and adherence to data quality standards
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Work on special projects to improve service delivery quality and operational effectiveness, including standardization of master data across the DTTL network

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Proficient in virtual/remote collaboration
  • Understanding of how to handle confidential information

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or other databases
  • General understanding of master data and data quality best practices
