About the Role
Join our Food & Beverage team as a Bartender at a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand. You will craft exceptional beverages, deliver personalized service, and create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests professionally and friendly, ensuring an exceptional bar experience
- Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage trends
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and replenishment
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or upscale bar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
