About the Role
Join BCG X as a People & Development Specialist supporting our EMEA region. You will enhance employee experience for BCG X talent while driving career development initiatives, talent reviews, and people-focused programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support career development processes including tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain data integrity across Workday, case information, staffing details, and case reviews
- Create and update regular reports on headcount activity, capacity, leave of absence, mobility, and attrition
- Support regional Points of Contact for Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting
- Collaborate with Regional P&D team on culture, engagement, and people development initiatives
- Partner with Talent Management, Finance, and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth operations
What You Bring
- 3+ years of professional services experience, preferably in a people function
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in people program development and execution (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in fast-paced collaborative environments
- Service orientation, flexibility, and passion for building positive employee experiences
