About the Role
Join BCG X as an EMESA Staffing Trainee in Casablanca. You will apply deep knowledge of talent profiles and client business needs to make key staffing decisions across multiple disciplines, with a focus on BCG X and X Delivery topics. Collaborate with chapter leads, general managers, and the staffing team to assign talent to sold work and new business efforts, providing strategic staffing recommendations based on talent skill sets, teaming insights, and commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staffing activities by tracking team availability, project assignments, and upcoming staffing needs
- Maintain tools and trackers to provide visibility of people commitments including project assignments, training, and time off requests
- Provide hands-on support across administrative staffing activities and coordinate staffing requests
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure financial approvals and correct allocation of assigned resources
- Coordinate with BCG local HR and relevant stakeholders on employee matters
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving staffing processes and employee experience
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or currently pursuing one)
- Strong interest in HR topics and a proactive can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity and confidentiality
- High attention to detail, organized approach, and strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage ambiguity, and adapt to change
