Role Overview

We seek an experienced Business Central Financials Management Consultant to deliver hands-on implementation and consulting services for D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) solutions. You will work collaboratively with customer stakeholders to analyze finance processes, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial process reviews and analysis; consult with clients and project teams to ensure project success
Implement and deploy D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) with hands-on solution architecture and consulting services
Document business requirements and develop functional design documents to drive development and customization
Lead user acceptance testing, training, and end-to-end project coordination to successful completion
Collaborate with functional/technical consultants, stakeholders, and end-users to align requirements with business objectives
Manage project timesheets, invoicing, and provide production support as required

Required Skills & Experience

Strong finance consulting experience (mandatory)
Experience with D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) software implementations
Proficiency in Project Management competencies: scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement
Deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, and technical platforms
Business intelligence knowledge including reporting and analytics
Fluent English and French business communication (written and verbal)
Experience leading large, complex technology projects
Strong interpersonal relations and client-facing skills
