About the Role
Train and evaluate AI agents working in real CAD environments on complex engineering tasks. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and assess agent performance on work typically requiring 10–15 hours of expert time. Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you create.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and model part geometry in professional CAD software
- Build reference solutions for AI agent training and evaluation
- Assess and judge AI agent attempts on engineering tasks
- Prepare geometry for simulation and collaborate with CFD engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on professional CAD modelling experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar)
- Active professional CAD licence (required)
- Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with Python and GitHub
- English language skills at B2 level or above
Project Details
Estimated workload: 10–20 hours per week during active project phases. This is an estimate and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
Up to $9 per hour equivalent, depending on your level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
Why This Opportunity
- Work fully remote on your own schedule with just a laptop and stable internet
- Apply expertise to real-world AI and technology projects
- Gain experience building high-quality solutions for a global platform
- Access performance-based bonus programs rewarding quality work and consistent delivery
