  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food, beverages, allergens, and promotional offerings while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience as Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in premium restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine-dining establishments
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality with genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, including menu pairings and dietary requirements
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems
  • Ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient in fast-paced environments
