Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and embody the restaurant's unique spirit and energy
- Present, explain, and promote menu items including specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural context
- Proactively upsell premium dishes, chef's specials, signature drinks, and desserts to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Make confident, thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipate needs, and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary options
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist in table setting and resetting according to restaurant standards and maintain a clean service area
- Uphold hygiene and grooming standards and wear the designated themed uniform with pride
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Basic POS and order management skills
- Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service
