Captain Waitress – Fine Dining Service Leader

About the Role

Join Little Krazy, a whimsical fine-dining destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Captain Waitress. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences while leading a designated service section, acting as the key link between guests, kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams. More than serving food and beverages, you are an ambassador of the Little Krazy experience, creating memorable moments through professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in accordance with restaurant standards and lead your designated dining section.
• Welcome guests warmly, present menus confidently, explain dishes and ingredients, and provide expert recommendations based on preferences and dietary requirements.
• Proactively upsell premium menu items, beverages, and specials while accurately taking orders and entering them into the POS system.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate, timely service and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Lead and mentor waiters and food runners within your section, assist in training junior team members, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained, process bills accurately, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, allergens, and dietary requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years' experience as a Captain Waitress or Senior Waitress in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine-dining establishment.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality with warm, engaging, and professional approach.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service with proven ability to upsell effectively.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including menu pairings, allergens, and dietary requirements.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems and ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient in fast-paced environments.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour representing the Little Krazy brand.
